My listing shows as 'Pending' — does that mean something is wrong?
Not necessarily. 'Pending' usually just means our team hasn't finished reviewing your listing yet, which normally takes 24–48 hours. But if your business is in a city we haven't fully launched yet, we intentionally hold the listing at Pending rather than rejecting it — it's not stuck, and nothing is wrong on your end. The moment we activate your city, your listing goes live automatically. No need to resubmit or follow up.
My city isn't in the list above — can I still list my business?
Yes, absolutely — list it today. We're expanding city by city, and being listed early means you're ready to go the instant we launch in your area, with nothing left to do on your side.
How long does approval take?
For cities we're already active in, our team typically reviews and publishes new listings within 24–48 hours. For a city we haven't launched yet, your listing is held and activated automatically once we go live there.
